We ship your order within 24 hours of receipt.

Insured standard shipping with DHL GoGreen. Delivery usually takes approx. 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number.

Important for Pre-Orders: Items marked as pre-order have an estimated delivery date on the product detail page. If you order a pre-order item together with other products, everything will be shipped bundled from the specified date – so you don't have to wait for multiple deliveries.

All orders leave our locations in Winningen or Koblenz (Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany) – packed plastic-free.

Shipping Costs

Germany: Free for orders over 70 €

For orders under 70 €, shipping costs are

• 4,00 € for smaller parcels
• 6,00 € for larger parcels.

International Shipping

We also ship to the EU and selected countries worldwide. Shipping costs vary by country and will be displayed at checkout.

Please note: For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These are levied by local authorities and are to be paid by the recipient. International delivery times are usually between 5 and 14 business days.

Free Pickup

Are you from Winningen or Koblenz? Then we recommend picking up your order in person.

It's free, environmentally friendly, and good for your fitness (if you come by bike ;)). Simply select this pickup option at checkout. Usually, your order will be ready for pickup the next day.
